Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation made 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in dates ; guest will receive refund of total booking made. Cancellation made 7  days but not more than 14 days before scheduled  check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 20% of the total booking rate.  Cancellation made less than 7 days to scheduled check-in date but more than 48 hours to check in time are subjected to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking rate.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less to check-in date and no shows will be charged the entire booking amount. In the event of force majeure, no cancellation can be made but only changes on date.  Any cancellation request shall to be made via Whatsapp (+60124192060 ) only by individual who made the booking.

Change of date policy:

Change of date request/notification via Whatsapp made at least 14 days or more to check-in date, guest may postpone their stay at no additional cost.  Change of date request made less than 14 days to check in date : 50% of the total booking rate (for room booking) and RM250 (for whole house booking) as administrative fees applied. Change of date request less than 7 days before check-in date is not possible. The new date shall be no later than 6 months from the original date, subject to availability.

• The booking does not include the rights to entertain, hold gatherings/get-together or special events on the premises.
• Our pax requirement is strict. Please follow stated pax accordingly to avoid any issue during check in.
• No catering services/ canopy set up/ barbecues/steamboat and no alcohol is allowed .
• NO VISITOR IS ALLOWED in the house and at the compound of the house.
• Pre Wedding/Wedding, Product, Commercial, Modelling, etc Photo shoot and Filming without permission is strictly not allowed.
• NO SMOKING in the rooms & house compound.
• Pool time is until 8pm only.
• Please respect NOISE CURFEW as we are located in residential area.

• We observe a STRICT HALAL POLICY. NO PORK MEAT/ NO ALCOHOL / ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES allowed in the house.

While we don’t expect you to do a serious level of cooking, our kitchen and BBQ pit can handle most cooking activities.

We observe a strict Halal policy. Alcohol is strictly not allowed.

As we are in a peaceful residential area, we reserved only for small and intimate parties. Alcohol, loud music, noise and firecrackers are strictly not allowed. Glitters and confetti are also not allowed. Drug taking and intoxication is definitely a No No.

Yes. Our unique and natural surrounding make for excellent photoshoot backdrops.

We do not have surcharge for photoshoot if you are already paying for a night stay. If you wish to have photoshoot without booking a night stay, our rates start from rm250 for 5 hour session on normal weekdays and limited to 5 people including the photography crew.

You are free to shoot anywhere within the property  except the occupied rooms.

Yes, only fully vaccinated guests are allowed, with the exception of those under 18 y/o. Fully vaccinated refers to those who has exceeded 14 days after the 2^nd dose of Covid 19 Vaccine or 28 days after Covid 19 vaccines with single dose.

So far, we have not had any animal related accidents. As a measure to protect you from mosquito bites, we provided mosquito coils.

Our premise is a private property and is safe. We advocate that you do not leave children unattended as they may accidentally injure themselves while playing booth indoors and outdoors.

Whilst we have taken all necessary measure to ensure safety standards are met, you are required to exercise your own discretion in assessing your or your dependent's ability to accept risk.

BT Haus Retreat will not be responsible for the Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, death, acts or defaults caused by third parties, acts of God, flood, theft or even acts of negligence.

By entering our premises and using any of the facilities, you shall be deemed to have agreed to abide by our terms and conditions.
